Monthly Instalment Plan

Keep on schedule with monthly payments as per the due date.
The monthly instalment amount, once chosen, cannot be changed.
The plan is not transferable under any circumstances.
Once chosen, the plan cannot be changed during the commitment period.
Valid identity proof and bank account details are mandatory for enrolment.
Monthly instalments can be paid online or at the particular showroom where the plan started.
The customer shall purchase products within 60 days from the date of completion of the tenure.

FAQs

Can I change the monthly advance amount? The advance amount is fixed for this plan and cannot be changed once chosen.

Can I pay the monthly payments in advance? Yes, but redemption can be done only at the end of the commitment period.

What if I don't pay continuously? If payments are not made continuously for 5 months, the plan will be discontinued.

Is it compulsory to purchase products after 11-20 months? Yes, purchases must be completed within 60 days after the completion of the 11-20 month plan.

What will happen if I don't purchase products after 20 months? Products equivalent to the advance amount will be invoiced and delivered to the registered address.

Can I initiate the plan in one showroom and redeem it at another showroom? Yes, payments should be made online or at the store where you initiate the plan, but redemption can be in any showroom across India.

Can I discontinue the plan before completion of the tenure? We advise completing the plan period for availing maximum value. However, if you choose to discontinue, you can purchase products for the total advanced amount, but no benefits will accrue as per the plan.

Can I purchase any product of my choice under this plan? You can purchase gold, diamonds, electronics, furniture, and tour packages under this plan.

Will there be GST? Yes, GST and other government rules and taxes will be applicable.

Will cash be refunded? No, you will receive product equivalent value to the advance amount paid.

Welcome to Dream and Deals International Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By participating in our lucky draw events, you ("participant" or "customer") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Employees of Dream and Deals International Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Participation

To participate in the lucky draw, customers must register on our website and purchase a gift card.
Each card entitles the participant to one entry in the lucky draw.
Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is accompanied by a separate purchase.

3. Draw and Prizes

Lucky draw events will be held on specified dates, and winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries.
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 day of the draw.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their gift card purchase before generating product sale invoices by contacting our customer support team.
Refunds for cancellations made within the specified period will be processed within 7 days.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the invoice has been generated.

5. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Disqualified participants will forfeit their entry and any prizes won.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the lucky draw and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Liability

Dream and Deals International Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other incidents that may interfere with the conduct of the lucky draw.
By participating, participants release Dream and Deals International Pvt Ltd from any liability arising from participation in the lucky draw or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

8. Governing Law

The monthly instalment amount is not considered an investment but an advance payment to purchase products from our present and upcoming showrooms.
Any returns or interest will not be given to the advance payment deposited with the company.
The gifts provided through the lucky draw are to increase sales and promote our products. Customers should not consider it as gambling or lottery. Dream Deal aims to sell different categories of products for promotion and to attract customers.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mangalore. Any disputes arising out of or related to the lucky draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mangalore.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the lucky draw constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
